Open every Wednesday and Saturday from 10:00am to 1:00pm

• Euclid residents are able to utilize our services once a month.

• Everyone must show a Photo ID at every visit and show proof of Euclid residency on the first visit. If you need an ID, please let us know and we will help you obtain one.

• Head of Household must provide proof of Euclid residency (eg. current utility bill, pay stub, official mail).  Names and dates of birth for children must be provided.
  Re-registration takes place every July.
